Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note, you will need to bear the return/exchange shipping charges, while your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We're very sorry about that. If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at admin@fingerfairy.com.au and we’ll get you the NAILOG you ordered!

 

What should I do if I receive a broken product?

We're very sorry if you received a broken product. Please contact us at admin@fingerfairy.com.au and we’ll ship you a brand new product.

 

Can I return a product I bought from a third party marketplace?

We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on fingerfairy.com.au. We’re not able to process returns, exchanges or assist with orders otherwise.
